    We stayed at Farview for a staycation reading retreat and it was absolutely perfect for us!

    Belinda was a fantastic host. The personal touches, like the chalkboard welcoming us, the butter, eggs & freshly baked bread - it was fabulous and so appreciated!

    Peaceful relaxing holiday in a country cottage.

    The surroundings were beautiful with lots of greenery and chickens out the back. There was a spa on the undercover decking which was so relaxing. The decor in the cottage was really tasteful and the bread and fresh eggs left were so yummy. Also the little touches like lavender soap left with our towels and flannels was really sweet. The apples were so divine and perfect we thought they were for decoration.

    The only thing I found hard was the cold. The owners let us know to bring warm slippers and dressing gowns which we did but in bed I was still very cold. The aircon in the lounge didn’t seem to warm our bedroom.. so it would have been great for the owners to mention to us to bring a hot water bottle or our heated blankets. I will definitely be bringing with me when we come next time.
