    Excelente localização, próximo de tudo, da pra fazer vario locais caminhando (obelisco/porto madeiro/ galeria pacífico) tem mercado, açougue e restaurantes muito próximo, inclusive o santos manjares. Tem portaria 24h, e chuveiro ótimo. Vale muito o custo benefício
