    "An absolute gem in the middle of a lively area! The owner is incredibly welcoming and kind, and the caretaker was always there to help us with anything we needed. The property captures an authentic Goan vibe—peaceful and surrounded by nature despite being on a busy street. A major bonus is having parking available, and the best part is that the beach, restaurants, and clubs are all just a short walk away. Highly recommend!"

    Very bad

    Dear Booking.com Support Team, I had a very bad experience with this hotel. At the last moment, the hotel owner refused to provide me a room despite my booking. On the day of my stay, he repeatedly ignored my calls and disconnected them, leaving me in a very difficult and stressful situation. When I contacted him, he spoke to me rudely and kept shouting at me. He directly stated that he could not find my booking details in the system. This was extremely unprofessional and caused me significant inconvenience, especially as I was left without a confirmed place to stay at the last moment. I request Booking.com to investigate this matter seriously and take appropriate action against the hotel to prevent other customers from facing the same experience.
