Very spacious, clean rooms, comfortable beds, crisp, clean linens and large heavyweight towels. Modern bathroom with good water pressure in the shower. Quiet and surrounded by nature. We were independent in our comings and goings. Good position to visit Gradara and many small quaint towns. 40 minutes to Urbino.
The posting said beautiful views but our windows looked out onto a pile of plastic fruit crates and pallets, as did the parking area as we drove up. It is a working farm but a little attention to where to store unneeded items would be beneficial. No breakfast included, we were told to go to a certain bar in town. Not exactly fitting the description of B&B.
