    The cottage is not on the site of the main property. It is on the owner’s private property behind a locked gate. This may not appeal to all guests. There was a kettle but no mugs, milk etc to make tea or coffee. There were mosquito could but nothing to light them with. No curtains on the windows. Toilet chain came off and hit me in the face. Staff advised me the toilet wouldn’t be fixed until the next day. Not great news. I cancelled the activities I paid for there as I didn’t end up staying at the place and despite a request for a refund, no refund was forthcoming. Doesn’t seem like there is much focus on looking after the guests properly. Outside is not maintained and the whole place is tired and dated. Find somewhere else to stay. Do not recommend this place.

    A pesar de que el tiempo y la temperatura por la noche en esta época es fresca no tenían calefacción y nos dijeron que es que no estaba conectada en esta época (Octubre en Toscana)

    Great location with a beautiful view of San Gimignano.

    We loved the convenient location, the ample parking space, the simple but delicious breakfast, and the beautiful grassy terrace with stunning views of San Gimignano. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

    The air conditioning wasn’t working, although luckily it wasn’t cold enough for heating to be necessary. The sound insulation between rooms was also poor, as noise from neighbouring rooms could be heard quite clearly.
