  Jag gillade läget. Mitt i stadens puls. Att kunna sitta i en soffa och bara se trafik och människor gå förbi var relaxing. Rummen var bra storlek ,badru.met också. Alltid städat och rent. Priset är bra

  Badrummet var bra nen skulle uppskatta om duschen också hade en handdusch.svårt att duscha utan att förstöra frisyren varje gång. Enda negativa

  Amazing breakfast, lovely staff and a comfortable room. Nice and central, great to walk around town and also close to wa

  I liked the pool on the roof, the breakfast was AMAZING and the staff were lovely. Really enjoyable place to stay and nice and central to walk around town. Would definitely go again, also super class to water bomb!

  A little outdated with facilities but nothing that would ruin your trip.

  I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was far below the standard I expected. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The shower was covered with visible mold, which is not only unpleasant but also raises serious hygiene and health concerns. During our stay, the towels were never replaced, despite being used for several days. In addition, the room did not include a refrigerator, and we were required to pay an extra fee to have one, which was unexpected and inconvenient. The customer service was equally disappointing. Most staff members appeared unfriendly and unwilling to assist, making us feel unwelcome rather than valued guests. We also asked about using the swimming pool. Around 5:00 p.m., my son was excited to enjoy it, only to find that it was already closed, which was frustrating and disappointing for our family. Finally, the laundry service was excessively expensive compared with similar hotels and offered poor value for money. Overall, this stay did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness, hospitality, or guest experience. I sincerely hope the management takes these issues seriously, improves its standards, and ensures that future guests do not have the same disappointing experience. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.
