Comfortable, lovely host, communication good, accommodating, modern look and just absolutely perfect!
We loved how modern the place looked and how comfortable and cozy we felt during our stay! The balcony had an amazing view and it was nice to look out to take in the space and fresh air. We also loved how the host offered complete list of products that you will need to operate every appliance you see in the property so you don’t need to buy much when you come and stay :)

There is no parking specifically associated with the apartment and the nearby paid parking looked super dodgy. - a concern when you have a rental car! Facilities were average, very small apartment, broken dryer, hardly any toiletries, very small garbage facilities. Second bedroom has a lot of light pollution from the outside and only has a moveable wall as it's door,so not very quiet.Only one fob & key so if someone went out, everyone had to come or they were stuck in the apartment, pool access has to be booked.

Dichtbij Auckland op jezelf.
Dit appartement is de perfecte uitvalbasis om Auckland te ontdekken. Het appartement zelf is schitterend aangekleed met oog voor kleine details en meer dan genoeg pannen en kookgerei (meestal zijn pannen oud en vies maar hier zeker niet). Absolute aanrader omdat er ook nog een klein maar fijn zwembad aanwezig is dat je privé kunt reserveren.
De droger en vaatwasser waren kapot en de eigenaar was niet bereid om hier een kleine compensatie voor te geven (wel werden we er een dag voor aankomst netjes over ingelicht). Het verpestte ons verblijf niet, maar je betaald wel voor die gemakken. Reken dus niet op het begrip van de eigenaar als er iets mis is. Gelukkig was Booking wel begripvol.

Unreservedly happy with our stay.
Excellent presentation of the apartment. Very well furnished and a very good range of kitchenware. Oils. Sauces.tea and coffee etc. Excellent notes from the owner informed us about. The pol, gym washing and drying,parking and transport.
