    Nice place but poorly executed

    Comfortable beds and roomy with nice view out of lounge window. Also close to Palace.

    Shower leaked all outside door and no hot water plus whirlpool bath not working upstairs. Disappointing as other guests have pointed this out already. Also very loose handrail and lots of tight steps to get up to top floor.

    We kregen een volledig ander appartement. Geen enkele foto kwam overeen. Voelt als misleiding

    給湯，排水機能の不良で、最低の宿泊❗️

    ロケーションが良かった

    ジャグジー付きバスタブがあるが，給湯能力がなく、殆ど水しか出ず、風呂に入れなかった。シャワーも途中で給湯温度が低下し、生ぬるいお湯シャワーで不快。更にシャワー室及び洗濯機の排水が悪く，シャワー使用中に廊下に水が流れてしまい困った。洗濯機の排水も悪く，洗濯時間終了後も洗濯槽内にメズが残り脱水が出来なかった。

    Excellent location within the palace walls, and very comfortable, modern furnishings.

    The location and décor were excellent. Very comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom. Well equipped kitchenette.

    Great location but basic.

    Location is fantastic. Easy check in and check out. Good comms from host.

    Room was dark (understand that window options are limited) no shower gel. Few bits broken in the room and remnants from previous guests still hanging around including half eaten pizza.
