    Приятно място

    Апартаментът е чист, уютен, тих, функционален, модерно обзаведен, сигурен, с нужните вещи, посуда и козметика за нащия престой. Местоположението му е чудесно, в непосредствена близост до спирки на градски транспорт и до места за хранене, кафе и пазаруване на храна и др. Кварталът е тих и спокоен. Комуникацията с домакина беше отлична, достъпът до мястото за настаняване беше лесен и удобен, с парола. Имахме възможност да си оставим багажа при напускане, тъй като в сградата има шкафчета за съхранение на багаж. За пет нощувки цената беше добра за това, което получихме за мястото за престой.

    Трябва да се обърне внимание за топлата вода в банята, тъй като не е достатъчна за двама души един след друг. Леглото беше с удобен матрак, възглавниците бяха също удобни, но крачетата на леглото трябва да се затегнат, тъй като се кривят и не е стабилно, но това, предполагам, е лесно поправимо. За пет нощувки, вярвам,че можеше да бъде предоставено допълнително спално бельо и кърпи, но все пак имахме по една голяма и една малка на човек. Имахме проблем с климатика, но беше твърде късно, за да се обадим на домакина, че не духа топло, въпреки че беше включен на такава икона, а на следващия ден вече освобождавахме апратамента, но вероятно е моментен проблем и лесно отстраним. Вече съобщихме за тези неща на домакина и смятам,че бързо ще бъдат отстранени.

    We had a wonderful stay in this apartment and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid. The apartment is in a handy location, with easy access to both the metro and the airport (short Uber ride). The metro station is just a short walk away, which was incredibly convenient as we used it every day. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so everything you need is right on your doorstep. The apartment is clean, modern and well equipped, with essential kitchen and bathroom supplies thoughtfully provided. These little touches make such a difference when travelling and were very much appreciated. The bed and bedding deserve a special mention! The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with crisp, fresh white beddings that made it feel like sleeping in a lovely hotel. After a long day of sightseeing, it was a real pleasure to come back and relax. The building also has a lift, which is a great convenience, especially when travelling with luggage. Finally, the customer service was excellent. Our messages were answered promptly, and we really appreciated the quick and helpful communication. Overall, this apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Madrid.
