  Rude housekeeper

  "Terrible experience and a complete lack of respect for a guest's privacy. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Before I had even checked out, there was very loud and aggressive knocking on the door. It was the housekeeper. Her manner was extremely rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. She entered the apartment without my permission while I was still staying there and began doing her work as though my privacy and presence did not matter. Initially, she told me that she only needed to use the washing machine. However, once inside, she began going through things around my personal belongings without asking for permission. I found this completely unacceptable and extremely intrusive. What made the situation even worse was her attitude toward me. Her tone of voice, facial expression, and general manner were so hostile and disrespectful that she behaved as though I had personally offended her, even though I remained polite throughout the interaction. Then she sit in my apartment and started loudly talking to her friend over the phone. I was shocked. She then turned music on her phone loud and blew her nose. Right next to me in my apartment with all my personal belongings around. This incident also affected my decision to leave. I would have given the apartment itself a considerably higher rating, but this experience reduced my overall rating to the lowest possible score. Privacy and basic respect for a paying guest are fundamental requirements of any accommodation. If you book this place, be aware that, based on my experience, a staff member may enter the apartment without your permission while you are still occupying it, disturb your privacy, and begin doing things inside the apartment and around your personal belongings. I am extremely disappointed by the way I was treated. Regardless of the apartment itself, I cannot recommend a place where a guest's privacy and personal space are treated with such little respect.
