    A dirty, hot, and noisy apartment with no private parking space.

    Nothing

    The apartment is on the second floor, and during heat waves, it gets up to 40 degrees inside! You can't open the windows because the neighboring street is so noisy that you can't sleep. The apartment is dirty, and you can tell that everything was done on the cheap. No parking space. There is a parking space behind the house—cars parked there are not visible from the apartment. Furthermore, this space is not private; it’s just the roadside next to the fence! The neighbors are blocking the entrance to the apartment with a pile of shoes. There's mold in the shower. It's hard to get in touch with the landlord. They're not helpful.
