Couldn't stay here as it hadn't been cleaned. No response from owner.

We arrived at 7pm. The room hadn't been cleaned. I phoned and messaged the owner. No response. We could not stay without clean towels and sheets. We had to find somewhere else to stay. Still haven't heard from the owner. Expecting a refund. Would not recommend booking this property.
