    The Safe box was easy to find and pragmatic.

    The boiler broke down on our second day, and we received very little communication from the management company regarding any resolution. As a result, we had no hot water or shower facilities for the remaining five days of our holiday. We were advised to use the leisure centre showers instead, which cost £34.20 for our family each visit. While I appreciate that boiler breakdowns can happen, I would have expected the issue to be resolved much more quickly. In Edinburgh, it would be reasonable to expect a repair within 48 hours, even if replacement parts were required. Unfortunately, we felt abandoned for the final five days of our stay, with no practical solution provided and very limited updates on when the problem would be fixed. This had a significant impact on our holiday and enjoyment of the accommodation.

    Frustrating and disappointing

    Handy to everything

    Very hard to find, no number on home. No hot water, said you would send someone to fix it- YOU DIDNT! Luckily son visited after two days and he sorted it out. Couldn’t get tv to work, no instructions anywhere about how to source it. Washing machine didn’t work, machine fault came up as no water connected. Radiator in bathroom leaked. Big gap at the top of patio doors.

    Central location, walking distance to Aviemore, very peaceful. 2 bathrooms was a bonus

    The “chalet” was a static caravan! Very new and clean but no soundproofing between the rooms and tiny single beds in the second bedroom, not what we were expecting and not reflected in the price. Variable Wi-Fi and very dodgy tv reception
