    Due to emergency booking to support my family that we’re currently at the hotel what I experienced in my 2 days was grea

    Clean , beautiful views , spacious, shower was amazing

    We had a emergency stay for 2 days so was in apartment with lots of steps was hard for my husband’s disability but this was no fault of the hotel like I said it was booked day before for emergency,

    Todo menos el gerente, que no sabe tratar a la gente como toca educación 0 ,todo lo demás un 10 Petra etc fantásticos el trato muchas gracias espero volver

    El gerente un 0 patatero ,que no se merece estar en ese puesto de trabajo ,hace la ley del mínimo esfuerzo solo pasea sin prestar atencion de lo que le pedímos un 0 como una catedral pésimo no lo siguente😡😡😡😡

    Nice people but the whole hotel needs upgrading

    The staff were nice and so was the food

    We arrive quite late with our 3 year old and lots of luggage, the receptionist gave us the wrong directions and no porter was there to help us find our room which was up many hill and stairs. The pool area is surrounded by artificial grass which is muddy and disgusting. General hygiene in the hotel wasn’t great with awful smells coming from staff areas near the kitchen. There was a 3rd swimming pool on the other side of the complex which is much quieter because nobody is told about it and it’s behind a gate with a pin. The pool bar was closed in this area and there are no bathrooms etc
