Prettig verblijf
Eigen ontbijt, binnen en buiten prettige atmosfeer, parkeren aan de moezel voor 7 euro dagkaart. Fietsen naar cochem en trabach !

Alles in Allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb von Zell Zentrum. Die Hausfront des Hochhauses, unter dessen Adresse der Schlüssel abgeholt wird, ist nicht einladend. Das Zimmer ist auf der Rückseite des Hauses im Erdgeschoss. War einladend mit sehr gutem Autoabstellplatz. Blick leider nur auf eine Straße, derzeit gegenüberliegend Baustelle. Verkehr zum Industriegebiet, aber auszuhalten, wenn man im Appartement ist. Dieses ist sehr gepflegt, ausreichend groß und bestens ausgestattet. Bislang das beste Appartement, das wir gebucht haben. Wer die inneren Werte schätze, sieht über das anfänglich schlechte erste Erscheinungsbild hinweg. Deshalb auch sehr gute Bewertung.
Die Schlüsselübergabe sollte besser direkt am Appartement erfolgen. Der Charakter eines Sozialbautes täuscht über die Qualität der Wohnung. In unseren Augen ein Nachteil für die Vermieter.

Mooi comfortabel appartement met terras voorzien van een zonnescherm. Zeer gerieflijke keuken met koelkast en diepvriesladen. Bakker op wandelafstand. Ook Aldi en Lidl in nabije omgeving.
Om van het centrum van Zell terug te gaan moet je wel een stevige helling van 2 km overwinnen.
