    Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Aufteilung der Wohnung ebenfalls

    Der massive Renovierungsstau im gesamten Bereich, es kommt das Gefühl auf, dass die Wohnung als Ablage für aussortierte Möbelstücke dient. Sämtliche Kleiderschränke, die Türen, sind defekt, bei einigen auch die Rückwände. Die Stühle sind größtenteils defekt. Hand- und Duschtücher mussten in ausreichender Menge angefordert werden
