Ci hanno cambiato appartamento anche se quello datoci non aveva nulla da invidiare all'altro. Tutto nuovo qualche piccolo appunto su impossibilità di fare un caffè normale magari una macchinetta a cialde oltre americano ci starebbe bene. Non funzionava il microonde e non ci è stata fornita alcuna indicazione su utilizzo del piano di cottura ad induzione cervellotico su cui peraltro alcune pentole pure se con dicitura per microonde mandavano in tilt la piastra. Scarsa la stoviglieria mancanza di tazze grandi e bicchieri contati. Per contro appartamento molto funzionale e bello. Vista spettacolare anche se la stalla limitrofa faceva sentire i suoi sentori. Il fascino della montagna. Suggerirei di montare dei porta saponi nelle docce. Ma nel complesso più che soddisfacente.
Il vicino penso padrone della vaccheria e di una guest house di fronte alla casa parte opposta albergo rosenheim è uno zotico maleducato di un ignoranza fuori dal.comune. peraltro iniziava lavori mio rumorosi fuori dagli orari previsti dal regolamento comunale. Ho idea che si senta più austriaco che italiano.

Perfekt für eine Motorradgruppe
Schöne Ferienwohnung für bis zu 6 Personen. Super war der Brötchenservice mit kleinen Brötchen aber mit Zugabe an ein paar Kuchenstücken. Das Beste ist die Möglichkeit, die Pools und Wellnessangebote des Hotels (2.5km entfernt) kostenlos mit zu nutzen.
Das WC hat leider kein Fenster und der Lüfter funktionierte nicht. Die Ausstattung ist Basis und zusammengewürfelt. Da könnte Daniel mal zu Ikea und 6 Gläser und größere Kaffeebecher besorgen...

Die Zimmer, Bad etc. waren ordentlich und sauber, ebenso die Ausstattung z.B. mit Handtüchern. Es war völlig unkompliziert das Schwimmbad/Saunabereich vom Hotel mitzubenutzen. Bei Rückfragen waren die Personen an der Rezeption sehr freundlich.
Um das Ferienhaus wirklich als Ferienhaus zu benutzen, war die Ausstattung mit Geschirr etwas mager, zumal man ohne Spülmaschine mit der Hand spülen musste. Wenn in einem der vielen leeren Schränke z.B. ein paar Bücher, Spiele oder ähnliches gewesen wäre, wäre es etwas heimlicher gewesen.
