    Großzügige Wohnung wo eigentlich alles vorhanden war, mit den oben genannten Negativen Punkten!

    Ruhige Wohnung bis auf den gelegentlichen Bahnverkehr der zu Hören war.

    Wohnung war vermutlich längere Zeit nicht vermietet worden, Spinngewebe (in einigen Räumen) und ein sandiger Eingangsbereich wurde von uns vorgefunden. Gartenanlage befand sich in einem sehr ungepflegten Zustand, auch dort hatte vermutlich schon lange keiner mehr Hand angelegt.
