    Die Lage ist zentral in einer schmalen Gasse direkt in der Altstadt. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Ideal gelegen für Unternehmungen tagsüber als auch abends. Zahlreiche Weinstuben sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt einen Bäcker/Cafe direkt um die Ecke. Es gibt eine kleine Terrasse, welche nur durch die Wohnung erreichbar ist. Da können die Fahrräder abgestellt und geladen werden.
