    Die Lage ist gut. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Rosenheim und in einigen Wandergebieten. Anbindung an Radwege. Der Landgasthof Happinger Hof ist gleich um die Ecke und sehr zu empfehlen.

    Sehr schlichte Einrichtung des Hauses, keine Deko, etwas ungemütlich. Die Küchengeräte haben ihre beste Zeit wohl schon hinter sich. In der Waschmaschine, welche wir nicht benutzt haben, befand sich noch Wäsche.
