    Die Schlüsselübergabe hat nicht fun ktioniert wie sie eigentlich sollte. Booking com hat eine alte Telefonnummer für die Kontaktperson nicht aktualisiert obwohl vom Vermieter schon seit 3 Jahren für die Kontaktperson eine neue Telefonnummer angegeben wurde. Ich habe das im Nachhinein noch einmal persönlich bei booking com telefonisch gemeldet. Sehr aegerlich weil deshalb nicht früher in die Wohnung konnten obwohl die Option laut Vermieter bestanden hätte. So mussten wir einige Stunden in dem Ort verbringen weil wir die Kontaktperson wegen der falschen Telefonnummer nicht erreichen konnten. Den Vermieter trifft hier keine Schuld sondern Booking .com
