    Wirklich tol eingerichtete Ferienhäuser. Sollen hat gepasst. Das Tor zu den Inseln Föhr, Amrum und Sylt. Perfekt für Radausflüge

    Direkte Umgebung ist halt ziemlich reizarm 😉

    Das Haus ist sehr geräumig

    Wir hatten leider ein Ameisen Problem, dass nicht ganz gelöst wurde.

    Empfehlenswert

    Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief völlig problemlos. Die Ferienhaussiedlung ist sehr schön und angenehm ruhig gelegen. Das Eckhaus bietet eine große, gepflegte Rasenfläche und macht insgesamt einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Im Erdgeschoss sind die Möbel neuwertig, besonders die große, bequeme Couch lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und es war alles sehr sauber. Das große Badezimmer mit Sauna ist ein echtes Highlight – alles funktionierte einwandfrei und war sehr einladend. Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr warm und gemütlich, der Kamin im Wohnzimmer sorgt mit dem Duft nach Holz und dem Blick ins Feuer für eine wunderbare Atmosphäre. Die Raumaufteilung ist durchdacht, und vom Balkon hat man eine weite Sicht auf die Dünen in Richtung Meer. Auch der Strandkorb auf der Terrasse war neuwertig und angenehm zu nutzen. Die Lage ist perfekt – die Fähre ist fußläufig erreichbar, und es gibt eine sehr gute Anbindung zu den Inseln.

    Leider befindet sich entgegen der Beschreibung keine Waschmaschine im Haus. Stattdessen gibt es im Bürogebäude zwei ältere Waschmaschinen und zwei Trockner, die jeweils mit 4 € pro Waschgang kostenpflichtig sind. Das Waschen und Trocknen dauert sehr lange – fast ein halber Tag – und lohnt sich kaum, da die Wäsche danach leider unangenehm riecht. Ein deutlicher Hinweis in der Beschreibung, dass sich die Waschmöglichkeiten außerhalb des Hauses befinden, wäre sehr hilfreich. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt am Rande: die Dekoration ist geschmacklich eher unpassend und wirkt etwas billig – dem ansonsten so schönen und gepflegten Haus wird sie leider nicht ganz gerecht.
