    Wenn noch einmal Quedlinburg - dann wieder hier :-)

    Wir hatten das "Glück" der 40 Grad-Woche im Juni. Da war das Fachwerkhäuschen mit mehreren Wohnebenen ein Geschenk. Je tiefer umso kühler. Den Münzenberg hatten wir ganz bewusst gewählt. Eine Oase der Ruhe. Allerdings muss man den täglichen Aufstieg auch mögen bzw. bezwingen können. Das war bei der Hitze anspruchsvoll. Über die vorhandene Parkmöglichkeit waren wir sehr erfreut. Der Bäcker am Fuße des Berges bereitete ab Dienstag frische Brötchen und lecker Brot.

    Wie gesagt, je tiefer um so kühler. Die Schlafzimmer lagen ganz oben. Man musste über Nacht lüften, also Türen und Fenster auf. Die Gastgeber hatten für uns das größere Schlafzimmer vorbereitet. Bei offener Tür reagierte der Bewegungsmelder an der Treppe auf jede Bewegung der Bettdecke und wir lagen gut ausgeleuchtet. Also Umzug in das kleinere Zimmer. Problem gelöst und auch die Matratzen waren besser. Hätten wir nun noch Insektenschutz an den Fenstern gehabt, wäre es super gewesen. Ohne diesen begrüssten wir zwar jeden Lufthauch, aber auch vielfältige mehrbeinige Gäste.
