The location of the apartment is absolutely beautiful, with stunning surroundings and a wonderful atmosphere. It has excellent access to both Lake Königssee and Hallstatt, making it a very convenient base for exploring the area. The apartment itself has a warm, pleasant atmosphere and is genuinely charming and lovely. We really liked the feeling of the place and the beautiful surroundings. With some more attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this could be an excellent place to stay.

Unfortunately, our experience with the cleanliness and maintenance was quite disappointing. We encountered several issues, including a cockroach in Kitchen , spider webs in several areas in bedroom, and a large black spider in the bedroom on the first night, which frightened one of our companions and prevented her from sleeping properly. The kettle was mouldy and unusable for hygienic reasons. The beds and the bathroom door were also very noisy.
