  Excellent location in the heart of Berchtesgaden and a well-maintained apartment, but a few missing amenities and unreli

  The apartment is in an excellent location and is very well maintained. It’s clean, comfortable, and ideally positioned right in the heart of Berchtesgaden, making it a great base for exploring the town and the surrounding area. Everything you need is within easy reach, including restaurants, cafés, shops and local attractions. The central location also makes it very convenient for day trips and sightseeing around the Berchtesgaden region. Overall, the location is definitely one of the apartment’s strongest points, and we really enjoyed being able to stay right in the heart of Berchtesgaden.

  For an apartment stay, you expect the basic amenities to be provided. The lack of a washing machine was honestly ridiculous, especially for a five-day stay. We were also only supplied with one set of towels for the entire five days, which was disappointing. The apartment itself was good, and I would have happily given it 5 stars if these basic things had been taken care of. The Wi-Fi was another issue. It was flaky and unreliable, so if you need a reliable internet connection for work, I wouldn’t recommend relying on it. It became quite frustrating and painful to use. With a washing machine, fresh towels and reliable Wi-Fi, this easily could have been a 5-star stay.

  Erlebnisreicher Urlaub im schönen Berchtesgaden

  Modern und gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Sehr sauber (die sauberste, die wir jemals gebucht haben). Zentral gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig zur Schlafenszeit. Kurze Wege zu Bus und Bahn (freie Fahrt mit Gästekarte).

  Spacious good quality apartment. Would come back again!

  Superb central location close to shops, restaurants, bars and bus station. Spacious quality 2 bedroom apartment with modern kitchen and generous size shower modern bathroom facilities. Large comfortable lounge with large flat screen TV. Good air-conditioning to the main bedroom and lounge. The balcony overlooking the town square was a great bonus with comfortable seating. Myriam was an exceptionally helpful and friendly host before and during our stay and responded swiftly to any questions.

  Although it is a large modern TV, to watch films and programmes in English, we would have liked to have either been able to connect the TV to a laptop or the ability to download additional apps for that (e.g Netflix). We were able to use our You Tube account to watch some things in English but that limited the viewing choice. This would have been a nice to have but did not impede our overall excellent family experience and stay in the apartment or reduce our 10 rating.

  Relaxing, peaceful, beautiful location & apartment. 10/10

  Perfectly located apartment. Lovely views from the balcony of the town square and mountains in the distance. Bakeries, a large Superdrug type shop, clothing & shoe shops, cashpoint, launderette, souvenir shops and restaurants & cafes all minutes walk away. Great thought has been put into providing exactly what you need for an enjoyable stay, lovely shower, well appointed kitchen & bathroom. The mattress was high quality and very comfortable. Everywhere was spotless and decorated very nicely. The owner is absolutely lovely. Super helpful and kind. Cannot recommend highly enough. 10/10
