    Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht stimmig; die Lage in Strandnähe macht die anderen Kritikpunkte nicht wett…

    die Strandnähe ist sehr gut , die Ausstattung ist ausreichend; das neue Badezimmer mit großer Ablagefläche ist auch sehr schön

    der Balkon ist nach hinten raus, dort ist ein Wirtschaftshof mit „Gerumpel“ und Lärm durch die Mülltonnen/Entsorgung des Mülls durch das Küchenpersonal der Gaststätte von nebenan; größter Kritikpunkt ist das Sofa, eine hellbeige Couch in einer hoch frequentierten FeWo ist äußerst ungünstig, wenn man die schmutzigen Kissen/ Rücken- und Sitzkissen sieht, fühlt man sich nicht wohl…; die Vorhänge an den Fenstern müssen auch mal gewaschen werden, der Parkplatz ist auch sehr weit entfernt von der FeWo (ca. 15-20 Min. zu Fuß), für Menschen mit körperlicher Einschränkung nicht geeignet,

    Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden gerne wieder kommen! Außergewöhnlich gute Lage und barrierefrei. Gute Aufteilung der Wohnung.

    Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein.

    Sehr erholsam, macht den Kopf frei.

    Die Strandnähe, sehr helle Ubterkunft Supermarkt und Restaurants fusslöufig.
