I had received code to the keys before I came and it was easy to collect them and get to the apartment. apartment was very nice, clean, had all needed accessories, fridge, coffee maker, coffee, toaster etc.. kitchen is perfectly equipped. Bed was very comfy. Lots of towels in the bathroom, hot water. Apartment is cosy and nicely decorated. And the terrace with the view on the meadows! Perfect for enjoying breakfasts with cup of the coffee. Place is quiet and so peaceful, far from busy roads, only nature and green fields and hills around. I saw and heard roa deers and neighbour's little friendly dog was trying to get friendly with my dog. :-) It's dog friendly place - my dog enjoyed going outside and it was safe for him. It's not far away from main mountains trails, it's easy to drive to Karkonosze's main spots and trails. I highly recommend Ferienwohnung Fabricio, especially if someone is coming from big noisy city, looking for peace, calm and proximity to nature.
wifi was not working at all. I was on holiday, so no big deal. However, it would be nice to have access to wifi, it;s useful for planning e.g. trips and logistic.

Sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnungen, sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Betreiber. Die Mitarbeiterin vor Ort spricht tschechisch und ausreichend Englisch, um sich zu verständigen. Aufgrund der Lage sehr gut geeignet für Familien, da sowohl Kinder als auch Hunde direkt von der Terrasse aus draußen spielen können, ohne dass man sich über vorbei fahrende Autos Gedanken machen muss. Man hat einen weitläufigen Blick direkt vom Esstisch aus und die Terrasse bietet auch nochmal einen schönen Platz. Besonders angenehm für Winterurlaube ist der Ofen, an dem man sich nach dem Schneegetümmel aufwärmen kann. Wir kommen gern wieder.
