    Alles war während meines Aufenthalts wunderbar – die Wohnung, die Lage und die Sauberkeit waren ausgezeichnet. Leider änderte sich mein Eindruck nach der Abreise. Die Gastgeberin verlangte nachträglich eine zusätzliche Gebühr für die Reinigung und behauptete, ich hätte die Wohnung in einem unordentlichen Zustand hinterlassen. Ich finde es nicht angemessen, Gästen nach dem Aufenthalt zusätzliche Reinigungskosten zu berechnen, wenn es sich um die normale Reinigung nach einem Gast handelt. Nachteile der Unterkunft: Keine Waschmaschine, keine Spülmaschine und keine Mikrowelle. Der Blick aus dem Fenster geht auf einen dunklen Hinterhof, in dem Spinnen von der Größe eines kleinen Hundes leben. Ich hatte solche Angst, das Fenster zu öffnen, dass ich es zunächst gar nicht wollte. Als ich es einmal geöffnet habe, ist tatsächlich eine riesige Spinne hereingekommen. Sie hatte einen Durchmesser von etwa 12 cm. Das ist kein Scherz! Später habe ich im Internet gelesen, dass solche Spinnen in Bremen vorkommen. Keine Klimaanlage. Die Heizkörperthermostate sind automatisch geregelt und lassen sich nicht individuell einstellen. Man kann die Heizung also weder höher noch niedriger drehen. Ein alter, abgenutzter Mini-Backofen steht auf dem Tisch. Der Herd hat alte gusseiserne Kochplatten statt eines modernen Glaskeramik- oder Induktionskochfelds. Aus irgendeinem Grund ist die Internetnutzung zwischen Mitternacht und dem Morgen gesperrt. Die Gegend wirkt etwas unsicher und hat einen leicht kriminellen Charakter. Außer Shampoo und Seife gibt es keine grundlegenden Dinge für die Wäsche, nicht einmal eine Waschschüssel oder Waschpulver. Die Möbel sind alt, und auch die Tagesdecken auf dem Sofa und dem Sessel sind abgenutzt. Die Wohnung liegt unterhalb des Straßenniveaus und befindet sich praktisch im Souterrain bzw. im Untergeschoss.

    Superb

    The location was perfect for us, with everything we needed for our city break. Very clean and uncomplicated

    There were no spare towels, pillows or blankets, which with a small child was difficult. Plumbing is very loud and walls thin.
