    Dresden ist eine wunderbare Stadt und ich komme gerne wieder.

    Ich habe diese Ferienwohnung schon mehrfach angemietet und fühle mich dort immer sehr wohl. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung und in die Dresdner Innenstadt ideal, Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestelle sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Auch zwei Lebensmittelmärkte befinden sich gleich um die Ecke. Es ist ein sehr ruhiges Haus und man kann in der Regel gut schlafen.

    Einige Dinge habe ich vermisst, so gab es keine Mülltüten und kein Toilettenpapier (Ersatzrollen). Ein zweiter Topf und ein Deckel für die Pfannen wären wünschenswert, ebenso eine Schere. Besen, Wischmopp und Eimer bei längerem Aufenthalt könnte man auch gebrauchen.

    Наша база в Дрездене (по крайней мере пока)

    Останавливаемся здесь уже много раз, когда едем в Дрезден или через Дрезден. Хозяева русскоговорящие - нам это удобно. Расположение на окраине Дрездена - ничего страшного если есть машина. Хотя рядом и трамвай ходит. Стоянка для машины всегда была свободна - никогда проблем не было с парковкой. Рядом магазин Netto чуть вверх по улице. Снимаем ещё и потому, что есть кухня, холодильник и т.п. Нам удобно. Ну и все поездки по округе с этой точки нормальны по расстояниям. До Elbe park 5 km, Kaufpark - 7,7 km.

    Мы стали замечать, что видимо хозяева стали меньше внимания уделять этому своему бизнесу (если конечно это не основной бизнес). Про косячки с самого нашего прибытия они уже и сами в курсе - не буду писать об этом. Но с момента наших первых остановок в этих апартаментах видно, что хиреет номер - вентиляция не работала в ванной комнате (а раньше гудела только зайдёшь), мебель стареет, и что то ломается и отваливается, полотенца пахнут плесенью. Мы как постоянные гости заинтересованы в том, чтобы каждая наша остановка в этих апартаментах приносила радость! Так что, если хозяева прочитают наш отзыв, то пусть воспримут его как советы постоянных клиентов.

    Appartement pour un court séjour à Dresde

    L'appartement est bien situé pour visiter Dresde, accessible facilement par le tram. L'appartement est plutôt spacieux, propre et assez bien équipé.

    Les instructions pour accéder a l'appartement et à la place de parking sont peu claires. Au moindre mouvement, le lit grince énormément. Il n'y a pas de micro ondes alors que c' est mentionné dans l' annonce
