    A perfect stay in beautiful Bavaria

    The house was at the edge of the village with amazing views across the hill to the forest, plenty of birds and wildlife to see and great to watch the sunset. At the end of the lane is a wonderful hotel which does great local food and beer, and a mile outside the village is another hotel that specialises in local caught game with a great menu. The area is perfectly suited for visiting the Bavarian National Park, Lusen, Grafenau, the city of Passau and even venturing into Czech Republic to visit Cesky Krumlov. There is so much to see and do everywhere. The apartment had everything we needed, was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The owners live on site and are very helpful and welcoming.

    We should have stayed longer, shame we had to go home. Next time we will book for longer.
