    No communication whatsoever

    The location was stunning.

Didn't get the facilities we paid for, so we ended up having to buy extra bedding, towels and 2 of our motorcycles ended with rain damage because we were never given access to the garage like promised. None of the contact numbers or email adresses left were real. No neighbours had a contact either. And on top of all that booking.com simply refused to actually try getting in touch with the homeowner themselves so we're left with extra expenses that were never compensated for. Such a shame because the town and house itself is lovely.
