    Die Lage war sehr zentral. Das Haus hat eigentlich potential.

    1. Die Bilder des Inserates haben leider nicht der Realität entsprochen. Der Vorgarten ist eher noch eine Baustelle, sodass man diesen nicht nutzen kann. Auch waren die abgebildeten Liegen nicht vorhanden. 2. Leider hat es in der gesamten Wohnung nach Heizöl gerochen. 3. Es waren sehr viele Spinnen in der Wohnung 4. Der Wäscheständer war defekt und somit nicht zu gebrauchen. 5. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, sodass man die Nachbarn mitbekommt.
