Saubere und gut ausgestattete kleine Ferienwohung. Dank schallisolierender Fenster konnte man trotz Lage an der Straße gut schlafen. Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und hat alle Fragen zeitnah beantwortet. Außerdem hatte man Zugang zu einer kleinen Dachterasse mit Blick auf die Warnow. Wir waren rundum zufrieden :)

Die Lage und die Ausstattung ist außergewöhnlich und liegt zwischen Stadt und Hafen. Hier ist immer was los und man kann jederzeit schön bummeln. Die Anbindung an den Öpnv ist ab Doberaner Platz sehr gut. Die Innenstadt erreicht man gemütlich in 15 Min. Also ich weiß, wenn wir nochmals nach Rostock fahren,und das ist sehr wahrscheinlich, dann Versuche ich wieder diese Wohnung zu bekommen. Viel Spaß.
Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Das Haus ist ein gemütlicher Altbau. D.h. der Aufzug ist nicht Ebenerdig sonder zwischen den Stockwerken.

The apartment is located in a quiet and clean area. There is a shop and public transportation just a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is clean, well-equipped with all the necessary appliances, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It also offers a beautiful view of the waterfront. The host is very friendly, attentive, and always responds to messages quickly. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this apartment.
The only thing we were missing was hand soap. We arrived on Sunday, when all the shops were closed, so it would have been helpful to have some available in the apartment.
