Location is good but hot to stay in the summer time
The location is close to the Europa park , 15 minutes walk . The area is safe and clean . The apartment is clean but just needs some refurbishment of the exhaust fan in the kitchen and the dining chairs . The building is proper . Good neighborhood. Easy to check - in . Keys in the box . Host gives the code through message . Uncomplicated checking in and checking out .
There is no living room , the flat consists of bedroom , kitchen and bathroom . There’s no fan . It’s fine when you stay in the winter but not in summer , I supposed lots of guests check in due to the location being close to Europa park and it is mostly in the summer time but without a fan at least inside the apartment , it’s hard to sleep especially when you can’t even open the window for air when there are guests partying just below the window . I understand that the host has no control of the behavior of the guests , I’m a host myself so I’m aware of that but at least do something by reminding the partying guests to consider other guests who are trying to get some sleep . This is I supposed what an empathetic host should do and not replying that they usually don’t get complain giving us the feeling that he’s trying to say we are being difficult and the only thing we ask for is even a small fan so we could at least sleep at night staying two nights in 22 degrees was hard . It was seriously very uncomfortable and the reply of the host was indeed dismaying .

Die Lage ist top.Super nahe vom Europa- Park Es hat einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Preis- Leistung sehr gut. Das Appartement hat tolle Betten, schön eingerichtet. Badewanne nichts für ältere Leute da der Einstieg etwas erhöht ist. Schlüssel-Depot einfach zu bedienen Wir würden wieder dieses Appartement buchen
