The apartment was super clean and big with plenty of space. The kitchen had all the equipment one might need. The entering to the apartment is really easy and smooth. The place is located near a really good local restaurant Mitzitant, that I really recommend (best schnitzel in Vienna!) and a big shopping street Mariahilfer straße. The place is also good if you want to visit a concert in Stadhallen, because it's also quite near.
