    Schöne zentrale Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung

    Da wir schon jetzt mehrfach in der Unterkunft waren genießen wir die Zentrale Lage und die Ruhe in der Umgebung.

    Was aber mal gemacht werden könnte, wäre: die Dichtungen der Duschtüre, welche eingerissen und nicht mehr sauber sind. Ferner wäre es Ratsam die Dehnfugen in der Dusche im unteren Bereich zu erneuern, da die 1. Leichten Schimmel haben und 2. möglicherweise undicht werden könnten! Wäre nicht so schön für die Wohnung unter der Dusche! Ich persönlich würde es zeitnah machen, da es sonst bei Wasserschaden keine Versicherungsleistung geben würde (da es in der Eigenverantwortung des Vermieters liegt)

    Exceptional

    Upscale apartment in an upscale neighborhood. Close walk to beaches and town. Private parking space.

    It would be nice to have some soap in the bathroom and extra toilet paper so we didn't have to buy it ourselves upon arrival. Two "regular" sized pillows on the bed would also be more comfortable. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful.
