    Stilvolle und moderne Einrichtung der Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, aber unweit vom Zentrum und direkt am Ostseeküsten Radweg. Die Möglichkeit im Hinterhof, in einem separaten Bereich, einen Strandkorb nutzen zu können.

    Die Parkmöglichkeit vorm Haus, wenn man ungünstig unter einer der Linden steht, muss man damit rechnen danach in die Waschanlage zu müssen. Vogelschiss von Tauben gepaart mit Honigtau der noch auf den Blättern der Linden klebte und dann mit dem Regen aufs Auto tropfte.

    Die Wohnung ist außerordentlich gut ausgestattet. Sehr sauber und modern .

    Die Sitzmöglichkeiten sind recht unbequem .
