I hope the staff receive proper training on how to communicate with and treat guests in a more respectful and profession

    Facilities

Staff were strange during checkout. They contacted me on my personal number and claimed that I had left the property unclean. I explained that everything had been left clean and asked them to provide photos showing any damage or areas that were not cleaned, but they ignored my request and did not provide any evidence. Additionally, the property had a significant problem with flies and insects, which made the stay uncomfortable.
