idealer Standort für den Besuch von Dresden und Umgebung zu einem günstigen Preis
Hier stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Wir waren zu viert, da war das geräumige Bad und die Bettenauswahl von Vorteil. Trotz Dachgeschoss-Wohnung war es an den heißen Tagen gut auszuhalten. Die Duckwitzstraße war recht ruhig.
Leider war die Duckwitzstraße während unseres Aufenthalts wegen Straßenarbeiten teilweise gesperrt, was das Parken erschwert hat (alllerdings wurde ich vom Vermieter vorgewarnt).

Загалом нам сподобилося проживання: дуже приємна та доглянута територія, усе охайно й симпатично. Всередині квартири також було чисто і було все необхідне.
Помешкання виявилося трохи меншим, ніж ми очікували за фотографіями, але загалом усе необхідне було. Єдине, що особисто для нас було некомфортним, — господарі жили безпосередньо під апартаментами й досить часто перебували на території. Через це іноді виникало відчуття, що за нами спостерігають або контролюють, навіть якщо такого наміру насправді не було. Через це не вистачало відчуття приватності та повного розслаблення, якого очікуєш під час відпочинку. Можливо, для когось це зовсім не буде проблемою, але для нас саме приватність була важливою частиною комфортного відпочинку. Водночас дякуємо господарям за гостинність та загалом приємне перебування.
