    Unverschämtheit für diesen Preis

    Größe des Wohnzimmers, Kamin,.Aussicht Balkon

    Sauberkeit, Tapete löst sich im Flur, Sockelleisten abgerissen an den Ecken, Fußboden wölbt sich nach oben im Bad, Schimmel im Bad, durchgelegene Matratzen, Staub und Spinnweben an den Dekoelementen

    Top Wohnung

    die Lage war optimal, ebenso die Ausstattung der Wohnung

    Das Reinigungspersonal parkt leider regelmäßig vor der Ausfahrt. Wir konnten dadurch leider nicht ausparken, mussten erstmal rausfinden, wem das parkende Auto gehört. Bloß gut, konnte uns der Nachbar helfen. Ansonsten hätten wir unseren Tagesausflug nicht antreten können.

    Guter Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden von Stadt und Umgebung.

    Die zentrale Lage in Annaberg .

    Die Beleuchtung in Küche und Bad könnte besser sein, zu dunkel. Es sollte auf die Lage ganz im Obergeschoss hingewiesen werden.
