    Such a low standard is not acceptable

    When we arrived on August 14th (which we communicated precisely and in advance to the elderly landlady), it was 38 degrees Celsius (100 degrees Fahrenheit), and my family (two girls, aged 4 and 8) and I waited about 20 minutes outside in the sun because we didn't receive any check-in instructions and we could not find the owner. As soon as we arrived, we noticed the "precarious" cleanliness of the house just by sweeping the floor for 30 seconds. Given the standard requested and paid for, it's unacceptable that the floor wasn't even swept. But the worst came at night, when to enjoy the cool air that had finally settled in, we couldn't open the windows because they didn't have screens, and countless mosquitoes came in. Again, we weren't given any tools to fight them, making our stay less than worthy of a house costing over €900.

    Lack of privacy, but a lovely property

    Clean, great location..

    One of the bedrooms has a glass window in it, so you have zero privacy. We left the lights on once in a rush to get to work. Whilst we were out the manger let herself into the apartment to turn them off.., this is unacceptable for someone to enter a property you are renting just to turn a light off. We was also scolded like children when we returned , not a way to treat people.
