This is a really lovely apartment in the centre of the town.
The apartment was very well appointed, was large and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. It was in a perfect location close to the railway station and in the heart of the town.
There was a slight issue with the hot water. There was none on the first day, which was rectified very quickly by the owner. After that, we discovered there was a limited amount, which meant we had to be very aware of how long we stayed in the shower. We managed as there were two of us and we had time to wait for it to heat up in between. It would have been a problem if there had been four people.

Eine moderne, hervorragend gelegene Ferienwohnung mit hochwertiger Ausstattung.
Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist perfekt – sehr zentral in Lindau, mit kurzer Distanz zum Hauptbahnhof und idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist modern und hochwertig ausgestattet: zwei Schlafzimmer, eine gut eingerichtete Küche mit Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler, ein schönes Bad mit Dusche, Haartrockner und Waschmaschine. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gestellt, was den Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel macht. WLAN und TV sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Besonders positiv fand ich den Kontakt mit der Agentur „die Fee vom See GmbH & Co. KG“: sehr sympathisch und professionell. Vorab erhält man sehr ausführliche Informationen zur Wohnung sowie zur Schlüsselübergabe, was die Anreise und den Check-in deutlich erleichtert.
Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war der Lift, da er nur mit dem Schlüssel zu bedienen ist. Bei vier Personen kann das etwas umständlich werden. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Wohnung leider nicht beheizt (Mitte März) und der Boiler ausgeschaltet. Vermutlich war die Wohnung längere Zeit unbewohnt. Wir haben uns selbst geholfen, was kein Problem darstellte.
