Ein entspannter und gut gelegener Ausgangspunkt für ein gelungenes Mainz-Wochenende
Sehr netter Vermieter; Wohnung ruhig gelegen mit schönem Balkon in den Garten; sauber und alles vorhanden.

The accommodation gave good bus access to central Mainz city, and good motorway access to Wiesbaden.
Parking was on a quiet street, and always readily found in close proximity to the property. Walking for just a few minutes (3-5 minutes) got you to the bus terminus leading to central Mainz (Altstadt). Walking to nearest supermarket (limited stock items) would take 10 minutes; a more reputable supermarket would require use of a car.
As 2X Senior tourists in our late 70s (age) we would have liked shelving baskets in the shower, instead of having to put things (soap & shampoo) on the shower floor; we would recommend an anti-slip shower floor mat to add to safety in the shower cubicle; we would have liked hooks on which to hang your towel within reach of the shower door (not just the bathroom door handle).

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sauber, hell und sowohl hübsch, als auch praktisch eingerichtet. Alle technischen Geräte haben funktioniert. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Siedlung, etwas außerhalb von Mainz, aber zwei Bäcker, ein türkischer Supermarkt, sowie Imbisse sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Zugang per Schlüsseltresor war unproblematisch. Den Flugbetrieb des Flughafens Frankfurt dürften sicher viele Orte der Region treffen - Nachts herrschte aber absolute Ruhe. Wir würden die Wohnung immer wieder wählen.

Lage und Busverbindung in die Stadt waren sehr gut. Die Wohnung sehr sauber.
Es ist an 40 bis 50 Tagen im Jahr mit Fluglärm zu rechnen. Je nach Windbedingungen. Das geht dann von 5:00 bis 23:00 Uhr. Uns hatte es 2 Tage erwischt, dann war Ruhe. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist nur 1,40m breit und die Schlafcouch sehr fest gepolstert.

Jederzeit wieder!
Sehr freundlicher Vermieter er kam mir sogar sehr entgegen weil ich kurzfristig eine Nacht weniger bleiben konnte, gutes Bett, schönes Apartment, ruhige Lage im Wohngebiet mit kostenlosem Parkplatz direkt vor Apartment.
