    Ruime en gerieflijke woning met goede parkeergelegenheid. Zeer goed gelegen, met vele wandelmogelijkheden in de directe buurt en zeer dicht bij Simmerath (zwembad) en Monschau. Kleine supermarkt direct in de buurt.
