    Enttäuschend und nichts zum Wohlfühlen!

    die Lage, Schlüsselübergabe und Parkplatz sowie Größe der Wohnung

    In der Summe sind ALLE Mängel bereits durch andere Bewertungen genannt: durchgelegene Betten bereits 2025, Kaffeesituation, fehlender 2. Schlüssel, Ausstattung Dusche/Bad, das fleckige Sofa, generelle Sauberkeit, fleckige Bettwäsche oder Vorleger etc! Da scheint der Vermieter einfach resistent gegenüber diesen Mängeln zu sein. Die Wohnung ist einfach abgewohnt und die generelle Sauberkeit grenzwertig. Am 2 Tag ging dann das Flurlicht nicht mehr...

    Sehr schöne Altbauwohnung, schön eingerichtet.

    Herd und Backofen waren nicht wirklich sauber.
