  the pros, Joachim is a nice friendly person. the apartment is large and spacious. the location is nice.

  the cons, when we opened the door we were hit by an extremely strong awful perfume smell. the whole apartment smelled. one of the culprits was the conditioner with which they washed the linens and towels. the same evening we arrived i had to change all the bedsheets on all of the beds myself (luckily there were some that were nearly without smell in the closet) and put the smelly ones outside the apartment. one of the 3 rooms still smelled so strong it was not usable at all for the entire 5 days. we closed the door and even just walking by that door smelled horrible. we had to keep the windows open for all 5 days and the apartment still smelled so strong that i had a headache anytime I was inside it. we traveled to Austria to breathe fresh mountain air and got hit by bad perfume. horrible. the host, even though very friendly, did not do anything about it. the cost includes a 150 euro cleaning fee. for that i would expect spotless cleanliness. the toilet smelled like urine and the toilet floor had obviously not been properly cleaned for a long time. needless to say, i found myself cleaning the toilet the same evening we arrived. even though the host said he turned on the floor heating, the floor never got any warm and on a couple of colder nights we froze in bed. he offered one small electric heater, which for such a large apartment is ridiculously small and on top of that it was unusable. i turned it on 5 seconds and it awfully smelled like burned dust and dirt. all in all if you don't mind extremely strong perfume, it's ok.

  Všechno bylo v pořádku, byt byl velmi prostorný se třemi samostatnými ložnicemi, kuchyně byla výborně vybavená, navíc hezký výhled na obec a okolní krajinu včetně brennerské dálnice.

  Skvěle vybavený apartmán, kde bylo myšleno na každou maličkost, kterou by mohli hosté potřebovat. Perfektně vybavená kuchyň. Terasa s krásným výhledem. Perfektní pohodlné postele. Rezervovali jsme pouze jako mezizastávku na 2 noci po cestě do Dolomit a ve finále nás moc mrzelo, že nemůžeme zůstat déle, takže se určitě moc rádi vrátíme.
