    Ruhige Lage mit etwas Sanierungsbedürftigkeit

    Die Lage ist super. Eine ruhige Siedlung mit Blick auf das Meer. Vorallem für Hunde ist der nahegelegene Wald perfekt. Zudem gibt es eine Tiefgarage direkt im Gebäude.

    Die Wohnung war leider an einigen Stellen nicht gut gesäubert. Die Elektroinstallation in der Wohnung ist leider mangelhaft. Es ist nur für das Badezimmer ein Fehlerstromschutzschalter verbaut. Alle anderen Steckdosen sind nicht zum Personenschutz abgesichert.
