    Eine hervorragende Adresse für Weinliebhaber.

    Eine hervorragende Adresse für Weinliebhaber. Die Wohnung liegt am Rande des Stadtkerns von Zell. Zu den einzigen kostenlosen Parkplätzen. die im Stadtzentrum vorhanden sind, sind es höchstens100 Meter. Zu den Restaurants und Weinstuben sind es maximal 15 Minuten Fußweg. eine Backstube ist auch unweit in der Nähe. Die Wohnung selbst ist eine Perfektion was die Sauberkeit anbelangt. Diesbezüglich ist sie Kaum zu übertreffen. Zur Begrüßung bekommt man von den Eigentümern eine Flasche Wein nach Wahl gratis.

    Das eigene Badezimmer war nicht mit der Wohnung integriert. Um dort zu gelangen musste man durch die Flur. Dabei musste man dran denken entweder den Wohnungsschlüssel mitzunehmen oder die Wohnungstür offen lassen. Sonst käme man in die Wohnung nicht zurück. Das andere Thema ist die schöne, große Badewanne mit einem geschätzten Fassungsvolumen von circa 350 Litern. Sicherlich von den Gastgebern war das gut gemeint, die ihren Gästen damit etwas Gutes tun wollten. Aber ob in den Zeiten der zunehmenden Wasserknappheit das eine Gute Idee ist, muss jeder für sich entscheiden. Ich persönlich sah das neutral und habe darin stehend geduscht.

    Appartamentino grazioso e proprietaria estremamente gentile e accogliente. Si trova al 1° piano di una palazzina di proprietà della signora Sandra, che abita al piano soprastante. Si compone di un soggiorno con divano piacevole, splendido smart tv, angolo cottura completo di tutto e funzionale. Ci sono finestre in ogni stanza e si respira un piacevole senso di rilassatezza. Completa la camera da letto e il bagno posto fuori sul pianerottolo. Bagno cieco con vasca, pulito ed ordinato. Sandra è stata molto accogliente e gentile. Con il marito producono un loro Riesling, del quale ci hanno gentilmente offerto una bottiglia di benvenuto. L'appartamento ha le finestre sulla via principale, ma rimane silenzioso e rilassante come ogni angolo di questo splendido paradiso, nel quale torniamo sempre volentieri.

    I cuscini del letto, non molto comodi per la mia cervicale, ma sufficientemente validi.
