    Danke, es war eine neue Erfahrung.

    Besonders gut, ist die Lage, wer Ruhe sucht hat sie dort.

    Überrascht war ich etwas über die Höhe der Nebenkosten und die Art der Abrechnung, die nur für den Wasserverbrauch nachvollziehbar ist. Gas und Strom werden vom Vermieter selbst abgelesen. Ich habe Transparenz vermisst. Ich vermiete selbst. Für so eine Wohnung sind im Schnitt 150 bis 180€ Nebenkosten im Monat zu zahlen, wobei da Versicherung, Grundsteuer, Müll, Abrechnungskosten dabei sind. Hier waren für 3Tage in der Übergangszeit ( Außentemp. zwischen +4 und 18 °C ) 25,28€ fällig. Dies würde für 30 Tage stattliche 252 € Nebenkosten bedeuten???? Dabei haben 4 Personen nur am Ankunftstag kurz geduscht. Also Hinweis an die Vermieter, seid bitte so nett und macht alles transparent, dann drängen sich auch keine bösen Gedanken auf. Der Hausaufgang ist etwas gruselig.
