Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen, mit ausgezeichnetem Preis- und Leistungsverhältnis und gut ausgestattet!
Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss eines 6-Parteien-Wohnhauses. Es handelt sich um eine komplett eingerichtete 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit einer sehr großzügigen Küche, die in einer Ecke des Wohnzimmers integriert ist. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über zu öffnende Fenster in der Giebelseite Richtung Süden. Der Blick geht hinaus in den Wald und wirkt angenehm entspannend. Alle anderen Fenster sind Dachfenster. Die Betten waren sehr gut und bequem. Uns wurde gesagt, dass es sich um neue Boxspringbetten handelt. Eine große Couch mit zwei Liegeflächen an den Seiten lädt zur Erholung ein. Von dort fällt der Blick auf einen großen Fernseher mit SAT-Empfang. Ansonsten wirkte die Wohnung aufgeräumt und war ausgesprochen sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Alles in allem ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen – mit viel Platz und einer angenehmen Atmosphäre.
Das Haus liegt ein wenig einsam in einem Waldgebiet am Rande von Salzwedel. Zur Innenstadt zum Einkaufen und zu Restaurants sind es gut 4 Km, Man ist also auf ein Auto angewiesen.
